Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India.

Orders are processed and handed to our courier partner within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster; remote areas may take longer.

We currently offer free shipping on all orders across India. Cash on Delivery is available with an additional ₹60 handling fee.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow your package until delivery.

While we work with reliable courier partners, occasional delays can happen due to weather, regional disruptions, or courier network issues. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us at support@aezora.in with your order number, and we'll investigate with the courier and resolve it — including a reshipment or refund if the package is confirmed lost.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply in this case.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept delivery if possible, or contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — this is covered under our Return & Refund Policy.
